- Prepare and examine accounting records, owner’s statements, tenant ledgers, property-based financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts.
- Reconcile general ledger account balances.
- Interface with Owners regarding accounting matters.
- Assist in the development of the overall financial reporting for business operations and budgets of the Company.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Accounting degree or equivalent in business
- Previous experience in accounting (3 years) or other related fields
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
- Detail and deadline-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
